What made you start doing lashes?
I never planned to become a lash artist; I thought it seemed tedious. But after graduating from esthetics school and getting my license, I applied to a lash studio on a whim and got hired. I quickly fell in love with the craft and the joy of making guests feel confident and beautiful. Fast forward 9 years, and here I am, back where it all started—San Diego, the place where I first got my esthetician license and discovered my passion for lashes.
What should guests expect from a service from you?
Guests can expect not only exceptional service but also great conversation. One of my favorite things about lashing is connecting with my guests and building meaningful relationships. Before returning to San Diego, I ran my own lash business for 6 years, and many of my guests, who had been with me since day one, became like family. Of course, if you're in the mood for a more relaxing, quiet session, I also offer silent appointments.
What do you love most about lashes?
Lashing, to me, is an art form, and that’s what I love most about it. From middle school through high school, I was always drawn to art and ceramics classes, so it makes sense that I ended up in a career where I get to create every day. My guests are like walking canvases, each with their own unique, beautiful lashes. --- This version is more concise, polished, and engaging for an Instagram caption!
